This e mail/fax message is confidential between the firm of James & Co and the addressee and/or addressees.

In the event this e mail/fax is misdirected and received by you in error you and or the recipient are prohibited from copying or otherwise disseminating the e mail/fax or any information contained within the e mail/fax to include taking any action whatsoever or placing any reliance upon the contents of the e mail/fax.

If you are of the opinion that any part of the e mail/fax and /or the enclosures referred to is either missing illegible please telephone the sender at the firm immediately. Please return the original e mail/fax message to us.

We are consciously aware of cyber-crime please note that our bank account details which would have been provided to you with our first client letter will not change during the course of a transaction.

Therefore in the event that you transfer money into the incorrect account James & Co Solicitors will not take responsibility for any loss. Please note that we do not accept banking details via e-mail communication therefore if you do receive an e-mail from James & Co Solicitors in which your bank details are requested, or provide for alternative banking details for transfer of money to James & Co Solicitors, please contact us immediately to clarify the position.
