• A full initial consultation about your Immigration, Nationality or Refugee law matter with a specialist lawyer in this field, including a written case plan and confirmation of our advice in writing costs just £100 including any VAT due;
• Advising on and checking an application form and supporting documents that you have prepared in yourself normally costs £200 including consultation and confirmation of our advice in writing, including any VAT due;
• Preparation of and full advice and representation in an application for Naturalisation or Registration as a British Citizen normally costs £400, including VAT;
• Advice and representation in applying for a Visa for a visitor normally costs £500;
• Advice and Representation in an initial asylum claim starts at £750;
• Advice on, preparation of, and representation in most types of application for Further Leave to Remain in the United Kingdom normally costs from £800 to £1000 depending on type of application;
• Advice and representation in an application to bring a Child, Spouse or Partner to the U.K. or extend their permission to stay here costs from £1000;
• Application for Settlement or Indefinite Leave to Remain in the United Kingdom normally costs £1000;
• An application for bail from immigration detention normally costs £1000
• Representation in your appeal to the Tribunal against a Home Office refusal decision normally costs from £2250-£3000 depending on the circumstances of your case, including an appeal hearing.

Family & Children Act – We normally start with a free initial consultation and then advise on a fixed fee basis depending on the work that is required, in advance with the client, confirmed in writing.
